• EFT orders will only be processed and released once payment has been received and reflects in our bank account.

• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Refund and Return Policy

• Matla Ntsu Store reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is unavailable or if the quality of the goods does not meet our standards. Should Matla Ntsu Store exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.

• Once sold, goods may not be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

• Any complaints regarding the quality or condition of products purchased from Matla Ntsu Store should be directed to our email address or WhatsApp support channel.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
